How do I book and confirm my appointment?

Please consult the online calendar : available dates are indicated in green. Once you have made your selection, please fill out the appointment request form, specifying your preferred date and the services you require.
You will then receive an email confirming your request, along with a link inviting you to confirm your appointment by paying a deposit.
A personalized quote will then be sent to you. Once this quote is accepted, your appointment will be definitively confirmed after payment of the required deposit.

What is detailing?

Detailing is a complete cleaning and renovation of your vehicle, both inside and out, to restore its like-new appearance and protect its surfaces.

Do you offer mobile detailing services? And is the travel free?

Yes, I provide services at your home or workplace in Île-de-France and travel is FREE from Poissy (30km at no extra cost).

Do I need a private space and access to water and electricity?

You must have a private space and access to a power outlet. You can also come to EK AUTO DETAILING if you don't have one.

How long does a performance last?

The duration varies depending on the type of service chosen, generally ranging from 2 hours to more than 4 days. I will give you a precise estimate when you book your appointment.

How do I prepare my vehicle before a service?

Remove all of your personal belongings.

What is the recommended frequency for detailing?

Depending on vehicle usage, a complete detailing every 6 to 12 months is generally recommended to maintain optimal condition, especially for the lower parts.
